Corporate Setting

With over 10 years experience working in corporate settings offer Pilates classes I am currently offering Recharge and Reboot in corporate settings throughout Somerset, United Kingdom. An opportunity to revitalise and realign with a bite sized lunch time session.

In just 30 minutes, you can reset your body and mind, leaving you refreshed and ready for the rest of your day. This rejuvenating session is designed to help you reconnect to yourself, offering you a powerful opportunity for self-care.

You will learn specifically targeted stretches (don’t worry you will not be expected to do the lotus as opposite!) to ease tension and improve posture for those spending long hours sat down at a computer. Learn helpful breathing techniques to regulate nervous system when under stress and I will guide you with a powerful meditation so you can face the rest of day fully energised. These sessions will impact your life and relieve pain.

Education Setting

With over 10 years experience working within education settings offering creative dance and choreography from key stage 1 up until university students. I am now offering 20-minute workshops, teaching students and teachers to connect with their body, breath and mind through mindful movement, breath work and meditation. Designed to energize, calm and centre students. Equipping individuals with tools to assist with emotional regulation.

Due to the staggering rise in anxiety, depression and other related mental health concerns. These are vital life tools to ensure everyone has a way to cope.
