As an experienced Pilates and Yoga teacher having worked with 100’s of clients many often complaining of a bad back from sitting long hours at a desk.

So I have created this class as a preventative measure which is accessible and helpful to all, regardless of age and current fitness level. Everyone will have something to learn and gain.
