This time spent painting in the stunning foothills is designed to help you explore your emotions, enhance self-awareness and immerse yourself and let go to the moment. Time stands still as you are transported to another time and space through the meditative strokes of colour.

Legend has it that after the martyrdom of St James in Jerusalem AD44, his remains were transported to Finisterre, considered the end of the earth to be buried. St James was crowned the patron saint of Spain and Santiago de Compostella became one of the most popular Middle Ages pilgrim destinations.

Our walking tour will take us alongside breathtaking coastline, through magical mountains and valleys and we will traverse picture perfect countryside.

Daily we will spend time in prayer, reflecting on various themes including forgiveness, gratitude and thanksgiving.

Like thousands of spiritual pilgrims before us we will walk creating our own mindful and creative journey, exploring the country and our innermost selves and our connectedness with source and one another.

On route we will pass through charming coastal villages, medieval towns and quaint hamlets. So many charming places to enjoy and explore. There will always be time to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine.

Some evenings we will share our creations under the stars with each other, whether songs we have created, poems or dances. We will witness, see and be seen, celebrating each other and our unique beautiful selves.

We will always have time to meet and enjoy human and animal friends they are all an integral part of our journeys.

Movement exploration and embodiment classes will be held in several nature locations along the way including the beach.

Spending time in an environment using all our senses in a creative way. Drawing patterns with our toes as we turn in the sand, enjoying the fresh sea spray as we jump. Much to explore and experience.
