1:1 Wild Coaching
Walk and talk coaching in the wild is a unique and invigorating approach to mental, emotional and spiritual well-being, that combines the benefits of physical activity with the therapeutic power of nature. During the 90 minute 1:1 Wild Coaching session you will be invited to engage in mindful walking and presence, fostering reflection, connection and healing in an outdoor setting. The amount of walking will be decided by you.
During the sessions we will do the same work as online plus you will experience the added benefits of being in the nature, with its calming, grounding yet inspiring energy and have the opportunity to gain insights and wisdom from the natural world.
